I only know him by his trolls.... So there may be plenty to criticize.... And, I've worked for fifty years in transportation, so I've also worked for my share of a$$holes. Some who were good at there jobs, some that weren't...
And, I've worked for many folks who were decent, but had to make hard decisions, sometimes ones they didn't like... (they had bosses too...strange as that seems to some of you trolls with that inherited wealth you must be living off of).
Maybe, Ed's a raving maniac, maybe he's an absolute self serving narcissistic fool (I worked for politicians in my career, too), or maybe he's just some poor SOB, who's got the job, and works for a tight fisted company, to whom he is responsible, and has to work within a lot of constraints he doesn't control, who will inevitably take a ration of crap, form those who don't like that either.
I've never met Ed personally. But, as he's "human", he is probably not a perfect person. He's probably made mistakes, maybe he's not that good, maybe he's not "Mr. Personality", nor Mother Teresa. I've read some posts by folks who seem to know what they are talking about, who would seem to have quite valid criticisms of his track record, and the steam program. But, from some of these really crude and nasty posts about him, I can only conclude that he can't possibly be any worse than a few of these folks who spend so much of their energy trash talking him and this project....
