That you've included the word "Roseville" leads me to wonder if you might be under the impression that UP serves UPS' facility in San Pablo.

It does not.

Any trailers routed via UP are driven by UPS to or from UP's intermodal facility at the former SP yard in West Oakland, and "ramped" there.
