Boeing management has clearly mislead and lied to Federal regulators, by failing to report reported incidents and defects. This failure to report, false reporting, and/or misleading reporting to the FAA could likely be a "felony" in some of the cases reported.
This potentially "felonious" criminal conduct, done in order to knowingly "defraud" plane buyers, in order to maintain stock prices, on which Boeing executive pay is based, has now directly resulted in the deaths of 346 individuals. In most states, a death which occurs in the commission of or as the direct result of a felony, is considered a homicide.
So, how many senior Boeing executives, who knew of, and or, participated in misleading the FAA, knowingly defrauding plane buyers, resulting in the deaths of members the flying public will be charged with homicide? Hint: they're all politically connected, rich, and white....
I'm still waiting for Well Fargo's executives to be indicted for 3 million counts of the use of a social security number to open fake bank accounts to commit bank fraud? If you or I did that, we'd be sharing a cell with Madoff, for about 15,000,000 years (5 years on each "count" of bank fraud with identity theft). But, they're politically connected, rich, and white, so no one in charge of it, was indicted for this vast corporate crime scheme.
Attempted rape by a rich guy is okay. Rapist's who've been cleared by DNA must still be guilty, if they're not rich enough, or maybe just not white enough...? See how it all works in our brave new atheistic Ayn Rand libertarian system of individual morality, based on wealth and power...?
