To my knowledge, there are no customers on the Mococo east of Pittsburg. There used to be a dairy in Antioch that would receive an occasional car, but I haven't seen them receive a car in about 10 years. The last train I saw on the line east of Antioch was about 8 years ago, when UP picked up a long line of stored cars. The line has been empty ever since.

UP signal crews still maintain the crossing signals along the Mococo. I've had to stop a couple of times while the signal maintainer activated the crossings for testing.

E-BART will never run on the Mococo. UP already said "no" to that many years ago. E-BART is planned to be extended, but down the median of highway 4 to Brentwood.
