Taxes are a cost of doing business. The always get passed on to the customer. If they're specifically identified on the invoice it's because they're sales, VAT, or other taxes or fees assessed per-passenger/customer or based on the value of the transaction, and the company wants to make sure the customer understands where that particular charge comes from.

Fees that are not assessed as taxes or user fees by a government or similar authority, however, are bullshit and should be part of the overall ticket cost.
