The article offers full disclosure on the fact that it was his wife who was involved in the accident.

The NTSB concluded that she was unaware of the crossing, not that she ignored it.

None of these things change the fact that he has a good point.

Interesting comment in the editor's note, he worked as a rail conductor when he was younger.
