That's the reason I ask, ie, Brightline is a Siemens diesel camp, but what will the state of Nevada let them get away with? Are they ok with 125 mph? From my communication with the Nevada Dept of Transportation they aren't. But you never know how far up the food chain an employee goes. It should be fun to see what transpires.
