Ralph Vartabedian is notorious for finding fringe elements of the CAHSR organization or other state bodies and using their discontent to sow discord within the general public so as to bring disruption to CAHSR. He never verifies his source's version because if done so he wouldn’t have a story to stir the pot with. This sensationalism of the "misinformed" and blatant mis-characterizations of fact is how he generates readership.
