I was up in Mt. Shasta last week and took a drive up to Black Butte. The place was deserted but UP police has posted new "No Trespassing" signs. The signs were pretty intimidating. Aside from the usual No Trespassing , No Vehicles,It stated Persons riding or attempting to ride trains would be prosecuted to the fullest extend of the law and may be arrested and detained by both UP or local police.

 I have been going up there and sitting around underneath one of the last active water tanks on SP for at least 40 years. After reading the new No Trespassing sign i no longer felt comfortable being there and left. Not sure if i will return. How do you photographers feel about shooting photos on UP property ?
