What exactly are they testing? The first run tested train to platform clearance. I would guess they are testing crossing signal circuits. What else? Why would it take 3 weeks? They have learned a lot about crossing signal activation on the rest of the line. I would expect that they could apply that knowledge to the new section. So, what else?
