BNSF Grain Trains on the UP Valley Sub

Last week I photographed a northbound empty grain train on the UP Valley Sub that had BNSF power and by all appearances looked to be a BNSF train. This is not the first time I've seen a train like this over the past few years. Curious if anyone can provide any insight if this is a run through train with UP power, a detour, a trackage rights (?) train?

I shot the train near Delta, CA on 9/24/2019. Lead unit was BNSF 6990. Below is a shot of said train:
