SMART is the anti-light rail. It is an irrelevant dumb-down to placate Doug Bosco and allowed by MTC as a placeholder for bechtel gauge.

Bosco will be gone when BART-MTC makes its move but if 5'6" remains as ghetto as now it will be a much harder sell than those bozos at 390 Main realize.

And to think I used to work in that building.
