The article is actually based on Real News. The Kochs' activities are well documented going back, as the article noted, to their fight against the New Deal. Uber and Lyft have been quoted in the press and, as the article noted, in documents filed with the SEC saying that their next move, now that they've extinguished the taxi business, is to wipe out public transit.

Yes, the article then went on to sensationalize it a bit. Must do that for the clicks. But there's nothing incorrect about the fundamental reporting.
