That's true and part of the problem. Schellville has one inbound lumber customer with a spur that might get 8 or 10 loads a year. Just the kind of business UP would like to be rid of for good with their PSR business model. It takes more than a leased track to set up a reload. You need room for forklifts, a road wide enough for big rigs to enter turn around and exit and land to store lumber on after its unloaded. GGRM's track in Pruitt properties in Windsor probably won't work.
