The U.S. Geological Survey has several ways to find and download their historical topographic maps.

A general overview of their services

Within the above, the TopoView system is pretty good.

The Napa Quadrangle is 1902 (not 1906, sorry..). Scale 1:125000 Contour interval 100 feet.
