I've wondered about the #80 myself, it vanished out of the Willits yard sometime in late 2013 or early 2014. It might have been scrapped, but why it would get junked and not the other pieces is a mystery to me. I don't think the Western Pacific Railroad Museum got it, they were seeking funds to buy it maybe ten or eleven years ago. If I do learn of anything I'll try to post something.
