Yes, I noticed that passage too. Perhaps they will just sell as much as needed of the "best" stuff and retain a few pieces for operations? It seems like selling the Mount Hood intact might make the most sense, given that there seems to be no lack of interest in riding it, and the lumber hauling seems pretty solid. This time of the year (harvest) seems to be the most busy; there were trains going by my place every day, weekdays too, the past few weeks
