NWP 2472 Stuck In Larkspur

There are large utility towers all through Marin. Highly subject to high winds especially in a high fire danger period. So why is Marin exempt? Reminds me of the days when SP or NWP 2472 sat rusting in Larkspur on the sleepers. The reason the 2472 was there in the first place is that it got stuck thanks to a tunnel fire caused by arsonists. There could be arsonists in Marin today. There could also be rusty powerlines.
