PG&E doesn't run streetcars any more (Sacramento) and BART has alternative feeds so I don't think they're going to be hit hard by power shutoffs. Muni is in SF which has its own power supply, and is not subject to the shutoff anyway. /railroad relevance

Enjoy a night without lights, though. If the high clouds clear out, there should be stars visible that aren't normally seen (as was the case when we were down a couple of days in Fresno).
