Whats the big deal?
Residents wont be able to stream 4014 videos from the internet during a week long power outage?
I gotta pay for my fire insurance policy in case my house burns down. Take on some flippin self responsibility for just once.
The state should block lawsuits against utilities unless there is gross negligence.
Electric companies are giving the bird to the state forcing them to make a move...
I love it!
Got my popcorn and generator backup all set!
