Yup. That's just "Jackson" trolling himself again.

The NWP didn't have high-speed double track with commute trains pulled by FM Train Masters or passenger or piggyback trains pulled by EMD F units (the one with the single-bell A-200 on the fireman's side of the cab roof easily identifies it as the 6190).
