F3's, Silver Passenger Cars, and Altamont Pass

February 1970, a solid set of WP F3's led by #803A with the REAL California Zephyr in Altamont Pass. No garbage dump, no windmills, and there was still rail on the SP right of way. Of course it was almost 39 years ago.
