There's really nothing new here. There had been an attempt to run this as a class action. That was shot down in court. So now the plaintiffs are filing a consolidated action only for themselves, not a putative class (which a court found previously was larger than the group of companies that could show harm). No new arguments, just a new lawsuit because the original was tossed on procedural grounds.
