I am willing to bet if a visit to Portland Oregon comes together, you will see the display for UP 4014 will be over in the UP Albina Yard like any past UP steam visits. Only way you may see SP 4449 or the SP&S 700 close to the 4014 is if it passes by the ORHF on the UP mainline coming from or heading towards Eugene, Oregon and further points. I could be wrong and agree it would be neat to see Portlands steam locomotives displayed with a visiting locomotive passing through town however don't personally think it will happen. One person who will know for sure who frequents this discussion board would be Shortline Sammie... he would be one of the guys a request from UP would come directly to as they would need to use a short part of the Oregon Pacific Railroad at the junction with the UP mainline to even get into and out of the ORHF area with the 4014 for display.
