Sorry. Thanks for the straight dope.

Funny part is, most people have not had any reason to question why a lot of trucks are in the breakdown lane. This would be just before an inspection station.
(Making sure their log books are up to snuff.) I have three in laws that own their own rigs & I have ridden with them many times. Even drove some logs 78 miles over the border. But they do have to bust their butts to make a buck.

Again, thanks for getting me the correct information.
