Tolmach is in I'm out of TRAC

In an earlier posting I said that with the changes in the TRAC board I hoped that now it would be possible to get TRAC and Railpac to start working together again. One of the people that I thought was not on the new board it turns will be... Richard Tolmach.

Now I don't mean to cause a flap, but he just isn't good for rail advocacy. His latest effort was to defeat High Speed Rail.

I'm a member of TRAC, but if he's in I'm out.

And there are others here in LA and the rest of California that feel the same way.
