Please, spare me.

I can count on my hands the number of videos that show 4014 actually working and still have fingers left over.

I've been around every restored main line steamer in the last 30 years.

Stop jerking me around with this Ed Dickens nonsense.

Steve Lee has forgotten more about steam locomotives than Dickens will ever know.

Oh, and also spare me the Ed apologists' nonsense about babying the piss out of her so she'll last a long long time. If pulling ten passenger cars around is going to wear her out, the the rebuilding must have been a total joke.

Reminds me of my late father, RIP. Bought me and my kid brother baseball gloves and then forbade us from playing with them so they would last. Last for what?
