Buy more DMUs and run them on the Perris line to Riverside, change ends, then to San Berdoo at least hourly all day and into the evening. Take an hour or 2 off in the morning and evening so through commuters to LA can run. Probably would require more sidings, but for DMUs they wouldn't have to be long.
