Trouble is the "someone" showcasing their care is in lockstep with you-know-who leading the Trail Only movement, and subscribes to their "facts" which time and time again, you-know-who can't or won't substantiate. The very same people performing this safety work are in the same camp as those who wish to litigate to eliminate use of the rails which have been there since 1876. Liability isn't their concern, it's "look, look at what the big bad evil awful railroad isn't doing!"
