The desalinization plant in in Carlsbad on the property of a former Cabrillo power, ex SDG&E power plant.

I have heard nothing. As far as I know the car & train are at Stuart Mesa.

Camacho work for Watco. I would think he would be all over it like ugly on an ape if anything happened. If there is a Santa I would think Christmas first, 15 mph forever later.
