Re: Marin newspaper frets over downtown San Rafael traffic

I thought opening the line to Larkspur was one of the things that will help the traffic issues. That the stop at the San Rafael station will be shorter so the amount of time the gates are down will also be shorter. I seems strange that this article is being written only five days away from the Larkspur extension being opened. What was the point? Was it so that the politicians can take credit if the traffic flow does get better with the Larkspur addition being opened?
