Re: Port agrees to buy the Coos Bay Rail Line

The Port of Coos Bay is a public agency and their request for a price reconsideration is a political one. They need to establish that they did everything reasonably possible to get the railroad for the lowest price. I suspect they know full well that they will have to pay the STB's stated valuation price.
