Eastern Washington Gateway Railroad has filed an exemption with the STB to assume the switching contract for the Geiger Spur from Spokane County. Western Rail Switching would relinquish their rights according to the filing of November 21,2008. The filing also includes a map of the transaction.William W. Webb
