The left is equally culpable as the right their respective welfare schemes at taxpayer expense.

Provide said statistics, from a government source. Either way, that's still not an argument. There's still millions of illegal aliens in California alone and none of them need or deserve driver's licenses or health care at taxpayer expense.
Wonder why the Democrat controlled legislature in Sacramento refused to audit the DMV a couple of years ago? It's a Scooby-Doo mystery!
