I remember the Port of Longview deal; the ILWU were trying to stop a NON - Union operation at THEIR port. I recall ILWU had the great idea to block the BNSF railroad tracks, at which point they received a free ride to jail - courtesy of the U.S. Marshall Service !!!
As a port container truck driver, I deal with ILWU and their antics on a daily basis. For more on same - scroll down to page 8 near the bottom - subject " I suspect this tech will mess with ILWU soon ".
