I am wondering a couple of things.

Looks like the Builder is now terminating in Spokane, wondering why not just run the whole train to Portland and put Seattle passengers on a Cascade?

Wouldn't a detour on Stampede be a very long trip? I believe the top speed limit for the most part is only 49 mph due to there being no CTC anymore. On the flip side, could the 2 sections be combined at Pasco if there was a detour?
