It annoys me that NWRM Snoqualmie passed on it and later hired a “curator” who worked on his own loco, not to mention the C&O 1309. WTF. Then the secret board of directors engineered sale of Mallet 108, preferring to keep and maintain Mallet 11 which they don’t even own. WTF again.
