I don't think terrorists are too interested in a military move, or blowing up a military train. It's just not their style. They want to kill as many innocent people as possible in a single strike. Their targets would be shopping malls, football stadiums, subways, large buildings, churches, etc., anywhere a large group of people would be congregating. Thus the name, terrorists. If they targeted a train, they would be after one loaded with hazardous chemicals traveling through a heavily populated area. A military train, who would that kill? Just the crew and maybe a few innocent bystanders as collateral damage. Now if we were at war with another government(s), such as WWII, and maybe on our own soil, then I would be worried.
