Speaking as someone who is "in the business", four (4) Track recovery vehicles and one (1) loco are NOT a national security concern (or enven a good target for terrorist). A unit Ethanol train traveling at 55 MPH through downtown Fullerton (CA) would be of far more concern to the government (and the terrorist for that matter)
