The Port can go in various directions on the operator issue. The Port could elect to keep it in house and they run it, Portland & Western has filed a proposal, Railserve has also filed and so has the Yreka Western. However with the problems that Yreka Western has, I count them out so its up to the first two. Should hear something after the first of the year on the Port's selection.
