Tom,

All you have to do is use the "Insert image URL" button. It is the 9th button (or 4th from right) in the row just above the text box. You could have used this button instead of the "Insert URL" button for your Mingo Creek photo. It is very easy to do especially since your photo is already at Railpictures. So, yes, you are linking an FTP address with a button on this page.
