The line does end just West of Missouri Flat Road. There's a group that does speeder rides
out of Shingle Springs, the other group is reopening the line East from Folsom and is close
to getting to Latrobe (they're the group using the steamer). The branch from Bullard to the
Lime Pit is gone but the branch is pretty much intact (last train in 1989). There was a
section out toward White Rock that got pulled up for new crossings but the contractor rebuilt
that portion upon completion. The SP tried to abandon it, ICC said no you're turning too much
of a profit, SP added a $1200 surcharge which killed the traffic and I don't know when and if it actually was officially abandoned.
