Interesting. There is a manufacturer of diesel/electric over the road truck tractors here in Cedar Park TX. I had to wait for one that was crossing the bike path that I was on. What caught my eye was how quiet it was as it accelerated. Interesting, but I dont know anything else about its mechanicals.
