Current Traffic To Plains Levee Terminal on SJVR Sunset Line?

I saw a recent YouTube showing a unit crude oil train off the UP heading to the Plains All America pipeline terminal at Levee on the SJVR Sunset line. This operation seems to have gotten off to a rocky start about 2014, but it looks like it's picked up. How many trains a day operate on that line, both unit to the Plains terminal and other to Paloma, Milux, etc?
