Makes sense, since I have seen other SP units go in and see some HLCX in Burgundy paint come out in a few weeks.

In fact there is a part of a SP Hood on the ground now.

That SP unit going in looked ok.

Interesting how when the UP bought SP, lots of people werent doing pics of the SP units,now they get excited when they find one still around with no UP cover marks

Anyone else see the BNSF 3606 that left there? Another nice CEECO paint job for that yard switcher. What model is it? 1500 or? I noticed only one exhaust stack on it.
