I could see a "Coastal Cruzer" between downtown SC (maybe even Big Trees) and La Selva. No reason to go beyond that, really, unless somehow a big parking lot appeared lineside in Watsonville with funding for a shuttle train to the beaches from the south. In any case, significant $$$ would be needed to make everything operable again.
