I was out in Pleasanton and noticed the NCRY is steadily retracking towards Pleasanton and is barely a mile out of town. Did they ever get the go ahead to go all the way into town? I would think the local business would love having a couple of hundred people dropping by. I looked at NCRY website and didn't find any updates.
