No its not just you. When you cut the mechanical, car department, and track department to next to nothing. Then put the few that are left into getting the work done in certain amount of time under the PSR flag. This what you get. All the bad indicators are up and its starting to come apart. We saw this towards the end at CSX the process is repeating itself.
We have already seen one ex CSX executive leave and there will be more to come.
