If UP has enough traffic on the line that they really need the bridge fixed (and can't just run it through BNSF), they can do it quickly. If the piers are still in good shape, for instance, I would be surprised if it took more than a week or at most 2 to get it fixed. When the homeless camp burned down the trestle in Sacramento, granted, on a real main line and a few years ago, UP had a new concrete trestle in operation in about 2 weeks.
