If the "Black Widow" FP9 #6304 was in that bad a shape, it's no surprise why it stayed at CEECO in Tacoma for such a long time (almost two years, as I recall). I photographed it there in April 2006 sharing track space with Tom Payne's ex-Reading T-1 Northern #2100, which was getting some boiler jacket repairs before its short-lived Golden Pacific career.
